Botanical name - Jasminum auriculatum

Description - Hairy scandent shrubs. Leaves simple, sometimes 3-foliolate; lower 2 leaflets reduced or absent. Flowers white, fragrant, in compound lax cymes. Berry globose, black.

Chemical Constituents- Leaves contain jasmone, jasminol, lupeol, D-mannitol, n-triacontanol, hentriacontane and epilupeol. Flowers yield essential oil.

Use - Flowers used in consumption.
